Michael David Metherd

Michael obtained his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2011 with an emphasis on advocacy and dispute resolution. He started a general practice, solo firm in Cincinnati, OH before relocating to the Twin Cities. Michael worked for a firm doing criminal defense for some time and then as a County Attorney doing civil commitments and child support as he developed his interest in estate planning. Michael left the courtroom and began work at Thomson Reuters prior to joining Groshek Law practicing estate planning.

Michael empathetically listens to his clients to address their concerns so they are well informed of the long and short term consequences of the estate planning process.
