Minneapolis teens can face charges for knockout game

News regarding a violent game called "knockout" has been making the rounds on news outlets around the country. Online communities and social networking sites are also all a buzz with knockout-related stories, making some question just what the game is and why there seems to be an increase in popularity.

Extensive prison term for Twin Cities identity theft ringleader

A 42-year-old Twin Cities man, known as being one of the ringleaders of a multi-state identity theft ring, was recently sentenced to serve 25 years in prison. It should be noted that while there were more than 100 people involved in this case, six of these so-called "ringleaders" have been sentenced to serve between 10 years and 25 years.

Minneapolis dealer convicted for murder in heroin overdose case

Prosecutors in Minnesota are really cracking down on those who use and deal heroin. The idea is to punish those in charge of supplying the highly addictive drug that is leading to overdose deaths throughout the state.
