Cincotta has practiced in the area of family law since 1990 as a paralegal and as an attorney since 2001. She has been employed with the Law Offices of Richard D. Goff from 2002 through January 1, 2012 when she formed her own firm known as Mary E. Cincotta Law and now she is working hand in hand with Groshek Law. She is also a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations. She is on the Supreme Court roster for ADR neutrals. She is a trained Parenting Consultant and is also interested in performing parenting time supervision as well as investigating and preparing custody evaluations. She has represented clients in a variety of family law matters.
