Mary E. Cincotta has practiced in the area of family law since 1990 as a paralegal and as an attorney since 2001. She has been employed with the Law Offices of Richard D. Goff from 2002 through January 1, 2012 when she formed her own firm known as Mary E. Cincotta Law and now she is working hand in hand with Groshek Law. She is also a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations. She is on the Supreme Court roster for ADR neutrals. She is a trained Parenting Consultant and is also interested in performing parenting time supervision as well as investigating and preparing custody evaluations. She has represented clients in a variety of family law matters.
Mary E. Cincotta believes in giving back to the community by providing legal services through the Volunteer Lawyers Network where she has represented clients in the self help clinic, in mediation, preparation of legal documents, and full representation. She is also listed on the limited scope panel in Hennepin County. Further, she has been an active Guardian ad Llitem (GAL) in Ramsey County since 1995.In her spare time, Mary enjoys reading and writing short plays.
